Our School Values

Curry Mallet Church of England VC Primary School, is a small rural primary school, rooted in the local community, surrounded by farmland and a stream. 

We are proud of our Christian ethos and distinctiveness. We have faith that God has amazing plans and purposes for our lives and that through our Christian values we can learn and live a life in all its fullness.

Curry Mallet Church of England VC Primary School is an inclusive, supportive Christian school. 

Here we recognise and value the uniqueness of every child, helping all on their journey to achieve life in all its fullness. 

Through the Christian values of friendship, compassion, perseverance, courage, respect we are building a school community that has a positive impact on the wider world.

Our Christian Values are at the centre of everything we do at Curry Mallet Church of England VC Primary School.

Each half term, we focus on a different Christian Value. 

Values are shared explicitly through our Collective Worship, but also throughout our curriculum. Children have regular opportunities to reflect on each value and to develop an understanding of the value in action. Each Friday, in our Celebration Worship, we acknowledge children who have demonstrated these values.
